English Learners Support Services (ELSS) is organizing an ECPLC of K-5Spanish Bilingual/Biliteracy teachers to provide a forum where instructional issues can be addressed. The ECPLC will be composed of up to twenty teacher members and will hold eight afternoon meetings during the 11/12 school year. Members will be paid a stipend for their participation in the scheduled ECPLC meetings.
