techniques to your busy day. We will show you how food, yoga, and your daily life can impact your overall health. Wear comfortable clothing.
We will move around a bit.
By the end of the workshop, you will have:
* tasted some whole grain foods, nutrient-dense produce, and healthy protein
* practiced some easy to do yoga postures
* tried some basic fitness activities
* completed an action plan
