DESCRIPTION:Workshop will explore strategies for elementary teachers to integrate their 'Green Schoolyards' into standards based science lessons.&nbsp\;Lessons will focus on using FOSS science kits in your green schoolyard. 3/7/2012: will be focused on K &amp\; 1 TeachersLessons will cover: &nbsp\;Animals 2x2\, Wood &amp\; Paper\, and Plants and Animals.&nbsp\;3/14/2012 will focus on Grade 2&amp\;3 TeachersLessons will include: Insects &amp\; Plants\, Balance &amp\; Motion and Structures of Life3/21/2012 will focus on Grades 4&amp\;5 TeachersLessons will focus on Solid Earth\, and Water Planet.&nbsp\;Teachers will receive two hours worth of UESF agreed upon extended hour compesation. Light refreshments will be served.Please remember to bring your SFUSD employee ID number so we are able to pay you:)
