The workshops will be offered on January 21\, 2012 \, February 25\, 2012 and March 10\, 2012 at APD/Cabrillo to the first 24 participants who register via the OMS system. This module is 20 hours over 3 days. Areas of focus will be: School leadership\, finance and HR\; development of a school culture that addresses the needs of all students\; data collection and analysis\; alignment of funds to meet the goals of the Balanced Scorecard\; and effective methods of evaluating\, motivating and improving teacher performance. In addition there is a required 20 hour practicum to complete the module. All registration for the event will be paid by the APD/Cabrillo department. Attendance is mandatory for all three days.
